TRANSFORMATIONAL HEALING SESSIONS
I use a synergistic and nondual approach to healing drawing from my extensive professional training in the healing arts since 1980.
The reconnection of mind, body and soul is the essence of healing. It is a process that reaches deeply into your being.


Why come for a Healing Session?
Healings are an excellent complementary approach to most issues.
This is a healing that includes body, mind and soul.

What is a healing session like?
In person or on the phone we work together in an atmosphere of respect, compassion and integrity during an hour long session,
consisting of you sharing an issue that you are working with.

During this conversation I bring an open & nonjudgmental presence to each healing session.Depending upon the issue you present,
together we choose the most beneficial way of working. If we have chosen a healing session, after the conversation you may
lie down fully clothed for a gentle hands on healing and a time of stillness and silence. If a meditation or coaching session is chosen
then we will proceed within that framework.

Transformational healing is a non dual form of healing and awakening that incorporates the ancient mystical wisdom of Kabbalah, the latest theories in quantum physics, psychological insight, and Buddhist teaching into a deeply transformative healing modality. As I create the most helpful session for you I may incorporate any of the following modalites. This non sectarian modality produces deep healing of the heart and soul.  

Each healing session builds upon the prior session with the effects deepening as you move towards wholeness.



REIKI

Reiki is an ancient Tibetan hands on healing art. Reiki means universal energy and is based on attunement to and transmission of the
universal life force. Reiki teaches that dis-ease is an imbalanceof energy. Reiki changes the vibrational frequency so the body can restore
itself to balance and wholeness. As a practitioner of Reiki, I can assist you in restoring the energy pathways within you that often gets
blocked by challenges in life. As I begin to access the Reiki energy you will sense its unconditional love lifting your spirits, relaxing your
body and freeing your mind from the challenges of daily living.

Some of the many benefits of Reiki are relief of chronic pain, headaches, and stress related illness, emotional release and spiritual growth.
This healing method brings balance & harmony into your life. Reiki deepens the inner journey addressing the body, mind and spirit.

Reiki treatments last about one hour while you relax on a comfortable massage table. The energy being transferred penetrates clothing effectively thus allowing the client to remain fully clothed. Using light touch universal energy is drawn through the hands of the healing practitioner facilitating the body, mind and spirit's natural ability to heal itself.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
(also known as Mindfuness Based Stress Reduction)

Mindfulness is the key to creating a sacred life. When we are still and awake we connect with our inner wisdom.
When you are living in the present moment sacredness is present. Meditation gives us the tools to connect with
our inner wisdom and the divine wisdom. We begin to experience the sacredness of all life in all our moments.

Take time out to reconnect with yourself and to the peace within. You will practice breathing exercises, guided imagery and meditation.
You will discover ways to connect with your innate healing power.

This training which I call The Healing Power of Mindful Living is suitable for anyone interested in managing stress and
living a more sacred and meaningful life.

Mindfulness Meditation assists you in seeing life in its totality. It allows you to reduce stress by responding positively to life situations. Meditation teaches you to live with increased clarity, peace, and compassion.Using presentations and discussion we focus on mindfulness practices such as sitting and guided meditations, lovingkindness and body awareness meditations. The Healing Power of Mindful living is a six week program modeled on Jon Kabat-Zinn's Stress Reduction Program at the University of Mass. Medical Center and featured on the Bill Moyer's PBS Special, "Healing and the Mind."

Cindy completed the Professional Internship Program- "Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction" under Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1993. Since then she continues to study with renown meditation teachers

The Healing Power of Mindful Living is available as individual or group sessions.

Trained in the Professional Art of Empowerment by David Gershon and Gail Straub in 1999 Cindy will guide and empower you.
to envision and create the life you want.

The tools used are:

  • Self-awareness - discovering what's uniquely important and meaningful to you.
  • Vision Crafting - translating this insight into a coherent and comprehensive vision of what's possible for each part of your life.
  • Mental Clearing - healing and transforming the limiting beliefs that prevent you from having the life you envision.
  • Manifestation - learning the skills of directed thought. After creating, you learn to work with the unconscious belief structures
    that either enable or disable the manifestation of your vision.
