CREATING A SACRED LIFE
Creating a Sacred Life is designed to explore how we choose to live each day of our life.. When we are still and awake we
connect with our inner wisdom. When you are living in the present moment sacredness is present. Meditation gives us the tools to
connect with our inner wisdom and the divine wisdom. We will explore what inhibits us from "Letting our Light Shine".
Take time out to reconnect with yourself and to the peace within. You will practice gentle mindful movement, guided imagery and meditation. You will discover ways to connect with your inner wisdom and healing power. This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in managing
stress and living a more sacred and meaningful life. I welcome you as you continue on your journey of self-discovery to a healthier,

Mindfulness Meditation assists you in seeing life in its totality. It allows you to reduce stress by responding positively to life situations. Meditation teaches you to live with increased clarity, peace, and compassion.Using presentations and discussion we focus on mindfulness practices such as sitting and guided meditations, lovingkindness and body awareness meditations.

REIKI I WORKSHOP
Reiki, a gentle, Tibetan hands-on healing art that connects you with your ability to heal yourself and others.
It offers a way to reduce stress, relieve pain, balance emotions and facilitate spiritual growth. Reiki means universal energy
and is based on attunement to and transmission of the universal life force. Reiki changes the vibrational frequency so the body
can restore itself to balance and wholeness.

How to Live with Chronic Pain Workshop
If you live with chronic pain or have occasional physical pain that you find difficult to handle this workshop may be for you.
We will explore ways to live life with physical pain with grace and gentleness through meditation, gentle yoga, and guided discussions.
CELEBRATION WORKSHOP
This workshop was created for a very special student who wanted to create an alternative to the typical wedding shower.
It was my privilege to create this workshop as a celebration for this couple as they begin a new life together as well as a gift
to all their guests.
This is now available to anyone who would like something different for her wedding shower. The theme is It's all about love. During this workshop we discuss what love is and how it manifests in our lives, we practice a metta or lovingkindness meditation, creative writing, discussion, and a blessing ceremony.
This workshop is also appropriate for recommitment ceremonies or anniversaries.
