CREATING A SACRED LIFE
Creating a Sacred Life is designed to explore how we choose to live each day of our life.. When we are still and awake we
connect with our inner wisdom. When you are living
in the present moment sacredness is present. Meditation gives us the tools to
connect with our inner wisdom and the divine wisdom.
We will explore what inhibits us from "Letting our Light Shine".

Take time out to reconnect with yourself and to the peace within. You will practice gentle mindful movement, guided imagery and meditation. You will discover ways to connect with your inner wisdom and healing power. This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in managing

Mindfulness Meditation assists you in seeing life in its totality. It allows you to reduce stress by responding positively to life situations. Meditation teaches you to live with increased clarity, peace, and compassion.Using presentations and discussion we focus on mindfulness practices such as sitting and guided meditations, lovingkindness and body awareness meditations.

The Healing Power of Mindful Living by Cindy Wolk-Weiss is a modified version of the program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and colleagues at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center-Stress Reduction Clinic. Cindy completed professional training in Mindfulness Meditation in 1993 under the direction of Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Director of the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. She continues to study under mindfulness based meditation teachers and has an ongoing meditation and yoga practice.

REIKI WORKSHOPS

About the Reiki Attunement Process
Reiki Attunements open and expand the Ki-holding capacity and clear energy blockages. They open a channel for the Reiki energy to flow from practitioner to client. The more a practitioner uses Reiki the clearer and stronger the flow becomes.The attunement process is what makes Reiki stand apart from other types of healing systems. Although others healing arts may use hand positions on the client, only Reiki has the wonderful benefit of the attunement process. For this reason, you cannot learn Reiki through reading about it, it has to be transferred by a Reiki Master Teacher.

REIKI I WORKSHOP
Reiki, a gentle, Tibetan hands-on healing art that connects you with your ability to heal yourself and others.
It offers a way to reduce stress, relieve pain, balance emotions and facilitate spiritual growth. Reiki means universal energy
and is based on attunement to and transmission of the universal life force. Reiki changes the vibrational frequency so the body
can restore itself to balance and wholeness.

You will :
* Learn how to perform Reiki on yourself and others.
* Receive a personalized and private Reiki I attunement
* Interactive discussion and lecture on Reiki energy healing
* Receive a comprehensive manual explaining Reiki history, principles, energy system and hand positions

    learn the power of the symbols, and learn the proper pronunciation and spelling of them.

    Learn the step by step formula of using the symbols in sending Reiki long distance.
    Practice sending absentia Reiki.
    Learn how Reiki can be sent into the past or the future.

HOLIDAY RENEWAL WORKSHOP
I invite you to take a few hours to take some time to renew yourself before the holiday busyness takes over.

Find out how to be mindful about the stress the holidays may cause and choose to do it differently this year.
We will practice a tranquility meditation, do some mindful movement and discuss how to create a holiday without stress.


MEDITATIONS FOR HEALING
How to Live with Chronic Pain Workshop
If you live with chronic pain or have occasional physical pain that you find difficult to handle this workshop may be for you.

We will explore ways to live life with physical pain with grace and gentleness through meditation, gentle yoga, and guided discussions.


CELEBRATION WORKSHOP
This workshop was created for a very special student who wanted to create an alternative to the typical wedding shower.

It was my privilege to create this workshop as a celebration for this couple as they begin a new life together as well as a gift
to all their guests.

This is now available to anyone who would like something different for her wedding shower. The theme is It's all about love. During this workshop we discuss what love is and how it manifests in our lives, we practice a metta or lovingkindness meditation, creative writing, discussion, and a blessing ceremony.

This workshop is also appropriate for recommitment ceremonies or anniversaries.
